As we head towards the outdoor season there is a few questions that keep coming up. So we will do our best to address them.
1. Refunds from indoor soccer
Ardrossan Soccer Club is waiting on Sherwood Park Soccer and Edmonton Minor Soccer to refund Tri-County Soccer Association the league fees ASC has paid. Once that happens Tri-County Soccer Association will refund Ardrossan Soccer Club. Until that money is in Ardrossan Soccer Clubs possession, we cannot provide refunds. Once that money has been refunded back to the club we will announce the timing and details of the refunds on Facebook and the ASC website.
Ardrossan Soccer Club is proceeding with outdoor soccer as per AHS/ASA and Tri-County Soccer District guidelines and will adjust as AHS/ASA allow as the season progresses. Early bird registration ends March 14th.
All Timbits, club and community practices and home games will be located in Ardrossan Athletic Park.
For all our Coaches and Assistant Coaches you must take the course which you will be coaching or assistant coaching for as per Alberta Soccer. This must be done before the season start. All parents must fill out code of conduct forms and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org . Under the registration tab you will find the code of conduct forms and player movement forms, the player movement forms gets email to email@example.com and must be done right after you have completed the registration.
Ardrossan Soccer Club have been continually monitoring AHS and ASA for information updates.
Currently organized indoor soccer leagues is still not an option.
Our focus continues to be prepared to provide soccer for our membership when AHS, ASA guidelines allow it.
As the club is updated, we will update our team officials / and our membership via our website and Facebook page.
At this time ASC cannot offer refunds until the following occurs ;
ASA officially cancels the indoor season and the associated leagues that ASC teams participate in cancels their indoor season and our soccer district provides league fees refunds to its member clubs.

Government of Alberta (Announcement Nov 24, 2020)(Updated December 8th) declared a state of public health Emergency, announcing several new measures in Alberta to stop the spike in Covid-19 cases in our Province.

Alberta Soccer Association (ASA) also announced on November 24, 2020 that mandatory restrictions are taking place for all level of sport in areas of the province listed under Enhanced Status. This means a temporary suspension of all team soccer activities such as practice, training, competition, and team social activities for programs in these areas till January 12th 2021.
IMPORTANT: The EXEMPTION for sport organizations who implemented significant COVID-19 safety protocols, announced by the Government on November 24, 2020, is applicable only to the Professional Sport Organization. Please see the information available on Government of Alberta website (under “Sports and Group fitness activities” section).
Executive will continue to monitor the situation, work closely with Tri-County, ASA, Edmonton Soccer Facilities, Edmonton Soccer Dome and other facilities and will update the members as soon as new information becomes available.
